The parish has a 9-person Pastoral Council. Three members will be rotating off in November and one member has moved from the area.  As a result, we will be discerning four new members for a three-year term.
 
The process involves the following steps:

1) A 90–minute information session will be offered twice: on Wednesday, October 19, at 7 pm in St. James Chapel, and Monday, October 24, at 7 pm on Zoom.

This session is open to any parishioner who, after prayerful reflection, would like to know more as he or she discerns whether God might be calling them to serve on the Pastoral Council.

2) A discernment session will be held on Monday, November 14, for those who attended one of the information sessions and who want to be considered for the Pastoral Council. From this session, the names of those discerned for possible service on the Council will be submitted to  Fr. Burke, who will prayerfully consider the results of the discernment session and, based on that, appoint the four new members of the parish Pastoral Council.
