“Spirituality in a Wintry Season: Franciscan Tradition in the Quest for Meaning Today” by Rev. Daniel P. Horan, OFM, PhD. is a presentation by the Association of Pittsburgh Priests. In a time marked by polarization, increased cynicism and resistance to institutional religion, many people especially those of younger generations are finding it harder to identify with the church. This presentation will draw on the faithful and radical tradition of Franciscan spirituality to help today’s Christians respond to our times.
All are welcome to attend on Monday, February 21, at 7 pm via Zoom. Fr. Horan is the Director of the Center for Spirituality and Professor of Philosophy, Religious Studies, and Theology at Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, IN.
