February 18 and 19 is Giving Weekend as we kick off our 2023 Parish Appeal inviting all parishioners to make a pledge to the Annual Parish Appeal. Every registered parishioner should have received a pledge card in the mail this past week.
 
Every parish in the Diocese of Pittsburgh has an “Assessment” assigned to them to help run the Diocese of Pittsburgh. This assessment used to be called “Parish Share.”

This year’s assessment is $155,102. This fund helps operate the Diocesan Pastoral Center and St. Paul Seminary in Crafton, and our Hospital Chaplain, and College Campus Ministry Programs.

As you plan to make your donation please be as generous as possible so that we can obtain our goal. Last year we fell short $50,000 of our goal and we had to go into our parish savings account to pay the bill.
